Your Role

As a Technical Lead / SME / Program Manager / Product Owner / Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving digital transformation and operational excellence across the Oil & Gas value chain. Youll work closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical architects to align business processes with scalable IT solutions and lead domain-specific innovation.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution requirements and business use cases
• Lead product development initiatives including MVP , PoC , wireframing , sprint planning , and validation
• Drive best practices and innovation strategies across digital platforms and engineering workflows
• Participate in architecture reviews , platform selection , and solution configuration validation
• Enable knowledge transfer , stakeholder training , and competency development programs
• Act as a strategic advisor across delivery , analysis , vendor coordination , and governance
• Support presales activities including RFP/RFI responses and CoE initiatives
• Contribute to mobile app development for rig tracking and smart competency platforms

Your Profile

• 1218 years of experience in Oil & Gas digital transformation and IT delivery
• Strong domain expertise across upstream (exploration, drilling, reservoir) , midstream (data management, real-time monitoring) , and downstream (digital platforms, consulting)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft (.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#) or Java , and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
• Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps , JIRA , ServiceNow , Confluence , SAP Quantum , Kafka , Figma
• Familiarity with Oil & Gas applications like WellView , Petrolink , Kongsberg DWeb , PressureView , GEWS , LogMaster
• Strong understanding of data and visualization tools: Oracle EMSDB , MS Access , Power BI , PowerApps
• Bachelors degree in Engineering , Petroleum , Geoscience , or IT (Masters/MBA preferred )
• Experience in Agile , Scrum , PMP , ITIL , Lean Six Sigma , and digital oilfield/smart field solutions
• Familiarity with platforms such as SAP IS-Oil , Honeywell , AVEVA , OSIsoft PI , SCADA
