 As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Should be able to create plans, with risks, assumptions, mitigation plans and communicate clearly on customer activities
  • Working closely with service project managers to deliver the Cordant solution as per agreed plan.
  • Should be able to coordinate across cross-functional teams for activity completion (between Dev, DevOps, L1/L2 support, customer and service team)
  • Driving increased efficiency across the teams, eliminating duplication, leveraging product and technology reuse
  • Available to quickly respond and resolve critical service outages severely impacting customers
  • Establishing performance baseline, review of the projects
  • Developing automated solutions to address potential problems before they result in a service interruption
  • Providing impact assessment and mitigation plan for changes going into the production and customer managed infra environment
  • Managing the change management of applications and infra
  • Investigating root cause of severe and systemic outages, identify corrective actions and apply across the enterprise
  • Developing availability measures that align with consumer experience to accurately assess the usability of crucial services
  • Collaborating with Development teams and customer for new versions and patches/updates
  • Driving the issue resolution working customer, Dev team, DevOps team
  • Developing dashboards to track the issues and resolutions, customer deployment details


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). A minimum 6 years of professional experience.
  • Have experience working with Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) application deployment and support.
  • Have high Proficiency in NodeJS Typescript, Angular and Microservices Architecture.
  • Have working Knowledge of Python OR Java programming languages as well as Shell scripting.
  • Have relational Database (PostgreSQL) and non-relational database (any of Cassandra, CouchDB, MongoDB, HBase) experience.

Nice to Have

  • Have experience using and designing APIs using REST, XML, and JSON
  • Have exposure to IoT tools and protocols like – Message Brokers, MQTT, AMQP, IoT Security etc.
  • Have Excellent knowledge of common operating systems (Unix/Linux, Windows)
  • Have Experience managing version control systems such as Git will be added advantage
  • Have Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Hands on experience on scripting and power BI. Ability to present details with data.
