Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

Learning Strategy & Needs Analysis

  • Determine effective ways to educate customers, partners, and employees on the platform aligned with product roadmap and business goals
  • Conduct interviews and learning needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and training requirements
  • Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather content and define course specifications


Instructional Design & Content Development

  • Design and develop engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles
  • Create instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, self-paced, and microlearning content
  • Develop job aids, guides, videos, simulations, infographics, and recorded materials
  • Translate complex technical and AI concepts into easy-to-understand training content
  • Use storytelling and visual design to enhance learner engagement and retention


Technology & AI Integration

  • Integrate AI-powered tools to accelerate content creation and personalize learning paths
  • Develop AI-driven simulations for real-world scenario-based practice
  • Utilize authoring tools like Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, SnagIt, and ScreenFlow
  • Work with LMS platforms and web conferencing tools (Zoom, WebEx, etc.)
  • Incorporate multimedia elements (audio, video, interactions, games, role-plays)


Curriculum & Program Management

  • Lead end-to-end planning, design, and development of training programs
  • Develop global curriculum for onboarding, manager enablement, technical training, and AI literacy
  • Manage instructional design projects from concept to implementation
  • Ensure scalability, quality assurance, and learner impact
  • Handle delta updates to courseware for each platform release


Collaboration & Enablement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
  • Deliver train-the-trainer sessions for internal instructors
  • Contribute to certification exams and assessments (MCQs, scenarios, practical tests)
  • Address feedback and continuously improve course materials
  • Support organizational transformation and technology adoption


Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Incorporate assessments and measurements into learning programs
  • Track learner performance and training effectiveness
  • Refine content based on feedback and analytics

Qualifications:

Technical Skills

  • 25 years hands-on experience with platform
  • 25 years Instructional Design/eLearning experience in IT or Software Development
  • Knowledge of Web Technologies (HTML, XML, Angular, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Web Services)
  • Experience in SaaS environments
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • LMS and virtual learning tools experience


Design & Project Skills

  • Rapid content development and quick turnaround delivery
  • Graphic design skills (icons, templates, visuals)
  • Strong project management and coordination abilities
  • Measurement-driven training design
