You will: 

• Join product teams to develop clear, concise content (installation guides, user manuals, media experiences, API references). 

• Apply structured authoring standards (DITA, XML, Markdown, HTML). 

• Learn and adopt Dell’s content workflows, tools, and processes. 

• Work with prompt tools and AI-assisted authoring. 

Essential Requirements 

• 0–2 years in technical structured authoring (DITA, XML, Markdown), UX/content design, or equivalent. 

• Basic knowledge of content tools, markup languages, and graphics. 

• Strong communication skills and curiosity to learn emerging skills in modern information areas such as media, technical content, APIs, and UX practices. 

• Solution-oriented approach for creating great technology information-driven experiences 

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in conversational AI, interactive tutorials, and AI-powered content workflows.
