Role Description
Were hiring a Technical Content & Brand Manager to own our public voice across platforms.
Youll turn:
- engineering work,
- AI + manufacturing insights,
- and our long-term vision
into consistent, high-quality content across social media, video, blogs, newsletters, and review platforms.
This is a hands-on execution role , not a coordination-only position.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall content and brand strategy across social media, blogs, newsletters, and review platforms
- Translate leadership vision, technical work, and business priorities into clear content themes and narratives
- Plan and manage monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with company goals
- Coordinate with founders, engineers, and external contributors to source inputs and ideas
- Review, edit, and approve content to ensure clarity, technical accuracy, and consistency
- Ensure effective repurposing and distribution of core ideas across platforms
- Define and enforce a consistent, credible brand voice across all channels
- Oversee thought leadership in manufacturing, ERP, and AI domains
- Own newsletter strategy and audience communication standards
- Manage presence on Trustpilot and other review platforms , including review coordination and responses
- Track content performance and continuously refine strategy based on quality engagement and inbound trust
Must-Have's
Strong writing skills with a clear, structured, and thoughtful style; comfort working with technical topics (no coding required); experience managing multiple content platforms; ability to work independently and deliver consistently; and high standards for quality and clarity.
This role is not for:
- Pure social media managers focused only on trends
- Candidates who rely entirely on generic AI content
- People uncomfortable with technical or complex topics
