Role: Senior Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant

Experience: 6+yrs

Location: Pan India (Hybrid Mode)

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) reports for various business functions.

Build and configure value sets, data models, templates, and report layouts within BI tools.

Customize and enhance OTBI dashboards, analytics, and subject areas based on business requirements.

Configure and maintain workflow processes using Oracle BPM, including approvals and business rules.

Provide technical support for Oracle Cloud modules, addressing incidents, enhancements, and service requests.

Develop and troubleshoot PLSQL scripts, integrations, and related technical components.

Participate in Oracle Cloud implementation projects, including requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.

Work in an Agile delivery model, managing tasks and defects via JIRA or equivalent tools.

Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and client stakeholders to understand and resolve issues.

Prepare high-quality documentation including MD50, TE20, OUM documentation, test scripts, and technical design documents.

Ensure timely reporting and updates to client teams, working independently with minimal supervision.

Required Skills

5+ years of strong hands-on experience with:

Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) development

OTBI report creation and analytics

o Oracle Fusion technical components

Experience with:

o Value sets

o Personalization and extensions

o Workflow setup and changes using Oracle BPM

Solid working knowledge of Oracle SQL, PLSQL, and Oracle-based applications (preferably 10g onwards)

Experience in Oracle Cloud implementation and production support

Excellent communication, client-facing, and collaboration skills

Strong documentation and presentation skills

Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and manage multiple priorities

Prior experience working in Agile methodology and tools like JIRA

Technical Consultant
