Technical Business System Analyst

Summary:

Were seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Product Owner to act as the vital link between our Master Data Management team and Business Stakeholders .

Primary Job responsibility:

• Identify and document future-state business, data, and functional requirements
• Collaborate across processes and domains to capture data needs
• Define use cases and create business process flow diagrams
• Document processes and contribute to training procedures & SOPs
• Partner with stakeholders, architects, and analysts to build project blueprints
• Generate ideas for improvement (integrity checks, metadata, services)
• Proactively identify data sources, users, and processes across the organization
• Write user stories and manage the backlog in an agile environment
• Facilitate refinement, sprint planning, and review meetings
• Present team deliverables to stakeholders with clarity and impact

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, Required

Experience: Experienced professional with over 7 years in Manufacturing and wholesale projects, alongside 3 years in data analytics or as a Senior Business Analyst. Possesses a strong business acumen and effective communication skills. Proficient in SQL, demonstrating hands-on capabilities in data management and analysis.
