Technical Business analyst/Scrum master

Job description:

• Strong ability to translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Proven experience collaborating with Product Owners to gather, refine, and clarify requirements.
• Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and Confluence for documentation.
• Experience working with backend/API-driven projects (Java, REST APIs, microservices).
• Good understanding of cloud concepts, preferably AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, EKS).
• Skilled in facilitating Agile ceremonies, including running daily stand-ups and sprint activities.
• Ability to provide clear, concise status updates to leadership and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Knowledge of CI/CD workflows (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and DevOps collaboration.
• Familiarity with authentication flows (OAuth2/JWT) and API integration requirements.
• Nice-to-have: exposure to cloud warehouse technologies (Snowflake, Clickhouse, etc.), Docker/Kubernetes, and AI/ML feature integrations.
