Requirements:

Hybrid Expertise: A professional with 6-9 years of experience who has worked as a

developer for several years and transitioned into a Business Analyst role, or someone currently performing both roles.

Functional Acumen: Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions

and vice versa, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams.

Data Modelling Skills: Proficient in designing data models, schemas, and understanding

relational and non-relational databases.

API Design & Contracts: Skilled in designing API contracts (Swagger/OpenAPI), defining

schemas, and ensuring consistency across services.

System Thinking: Comfortable working with complex systems, identifying dependencies,

and ensuring interoperability.

Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with technical

and functional teams across geographies.

Agile Mindset: Familiarity with SAFe or similar frameworks, and experience participating in

PI Planning and other ceremonies.

Problem Solver: Creative, proactive, and able to manage ambiguity while delivering high

quality solutions.
