The person will work on a variety of projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. The person will be responsible for software development activities of KPMG, India. Part of the development team, he/she will work on the full life cycle of the process, develop code and unit testing. He/she will work closely with Technical Architect, Business Analyst, user interaction designers, and other software engineers to develop new product offerings and improve existing ones. Additionally, the person will ensure that all development practices are in compliance with KPMG’s best practices policies and procedures. This role requires quick ramp up on new technologies whenever required.
Role – Technical Business Analyst
Location – Bangalore
Experience – 2 to 4 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements.
- Systems Analysis: Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for technological improvement.
- Technical Solutions Design: Work with IT teams to design and develop technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct testing and validation of new systems and solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, including specifications, user guides, and process maps.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in systems analysis, software development methodologies, and IT infrastructure.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, processes, and systems to identify solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Project Management: Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Experience: Previous experience in a technical business analysis role or similar position is preferred.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) can be a plus.
