TCS New Delhi hiring for Technical Bid Writer !!!!!

Role: Technical Bid Writer

Experience required: 4 to 6 years

Location:- New Delhi

MUST HAVE:-

• Write, edit, and format high-quality technical content for RFPs, RFIs, EOIs, and tenders.
• Work closely with solution architects, engineers, and project managers to gather accurate technical inputs.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-friendly content.
• Ensure all bid content aligns with the organizations brand, tone, and strategic positioning.
• Review tender documents and identify submission requirements, risks, and deliverables.
• Assist in creating reusable content libraries and templates for future proposals.
• Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and marketing teams for professional presentation of documents.
• Maintain a database of past responses, case studies, and credentials.

Required skills and qualifications:-

• Bachelors degree in English, Engineering, IT, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical writing or bid/proposal writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts (e.g., software solutions, IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, etc.).
• Proven ability to write persuasive content under pressure.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Familiarity with public sector, government, or enterprise bidding processes is a plus.
