Technical Associate- Mechanical

Job Description:

•  Good knowledge on maintenance of OSD Process equipment like Extruders, Tablet Compression, Capsule filling machines and check weigher, RMG, FBE, Coating machine, blenders, Blisters pack machine, sachet filling machine, cartonators. lyophilizer hould be well versed with cGMP, GEP and GAMP practices.
• Should be able to do trouble shooting and mechanical maintenance of equipment’s.
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Should have knowledge on PM & Breakdown Maintenance module.
• Should handle equipment & facility qualification like DQ, IQ, OQ
• Should be well versed with cGMP, GEP and GAMP practices
• Facing of Regulatory audits.
• Preparation of annual budgets.
• Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, Safety, cGMP, GDP, GEP and EHS requirements.
• Diploma/ Engineering in Mechanical with 3-4 Years of experience
