Job Description:

Hands on experience of independently handling Preventive, Predictive ( Vibration test etc.) and Breakdown Maintenance of all critical equipment

Hands on experience of handling and using mechanical tools to repair the machine (cutting machine, drilling machine, Pneumatic tools, mechanical tools, etc)

Knowledge on pneumatic systems- FRL, Solenoid valves, pneumatic fitting, pneumatics piping etc.

Knowledge on hydraulic systems-  Solenoid valves,  hydraulic pipings, hydraulic pumps etc.

Hands on experience for identifying the root cause of major breakdowns- Why Why Analysis

Knowledge on repairs of machine spares and components - pump repair, general bearing replacement, Blower repair, gasket replacement, motor replacment etc.

Experience of machine spares management

Awarness of plant eingineering performance parameters- Uptime, MTBF,MTTR and B/D Hrs

Responsible for kaizen implementation on machines

Awarness of TPM and 5S 

Hands on experience of safety standars- LOTO system, Machine guarding, permit systems ( Height, Hot and general permits etc)

Awarness of Integrated management system-   ISO 9001 ISO 14001, and ISO 18001 systems
