Job Description:
We are hiring a Technical Assistant (Offline) to work from the Kodewala Academy office and support Java & Backend training programs with hands-on lab and classroom assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be physically present in classrooms/labs during training sessions
- Assist trainers in Core Java, OOPs, Collections, Spring Boot, REST APIs
- Help students with IDE setup (IntelliJ/Eclipse), Git, Maven/Gradle
- Support Microservices basics (Eureka, API Gateway, Config Server)
- Assist with Docker setup, Linux commands, local deployments
- Resolve student technical issues during practice & projects
Technical Skills Required:
- Java & backend fundamentals
- Spring Boot and REST services
- SQL basics (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
- Git & basic debugging skills
