About the Role:
We are seeking a Technical Assistant to support operational and strategic teams with technical execution, analytics, system management, and digital infrastructure support across programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support technical systems and tools
- Perform data analysis and dashboard reporting
- Maintain CRM, databases, and documentation systems
- Support websites, software tools, and digital platforms
- Handle technical setup and troubleshooting for events and programs
- Assist in startup technical evaluation and research
Required Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, software tools, and digital platforms
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Basic understanding of databases and system management
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
