Technical Assistant Field Innovation Support (Jharkhand)

Qualification Required:

• Masters degree in Engineering / Science / Agriculture / Technology / Rural Development or allied fields
• Minimum 23 years of relevant technical or field-based experience

Job Description:

1. Provide on-ground technical support for grassroots innovation and rural development projects across Jharkhand.
2. Assist in identification, preliminary assessment, and technical documentation of innovations, traditional knowledge, and field solutions.
3. Support prototyping, testing, and validation of innovations in coordination with innovators and technical experts.
4. Collect, compile, and maintain technical data, drawings, photographs, and field notes for project records.
5. Coordinate with the Ahmedabad office for technical reviews, reporting, and quarterly planning meetings.
6. Assist in implementation of pilot projects, demonstrations, and field trials at village and block levels.
7. Prepare periodic progress reports, technical briefs, and case documentation as per project requirements.
8. Ensure timely communication between field teams, innovators, and central technical teams.

Experience & Other Requirements:

• 23 years experience in technical assistance, field projects, or innovation support.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Jharkhand and quarterly travel to Ahmedabad.
• Basic skills in documentation, MS Office, and use of digital tools for reporting.
