About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, proactive Technical Assistant to work closely with Business Leaders and the COO, providing strategic, operational, and administrative support. This role offers strong exposure to leadership decision-making, data-driven insights, and cross-functional operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and review documents for leadership meetings
• Conduct market research and business analysis to support strategic decisions
• Maintain trackers, documentation, and action-item follow-ups across teams
• Act as a communication bridge between the COO and internal stakeholders
• Manage and prioritize the COOs calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Coordinate and handle communication across cross-functional teams
• Travel with business leaders to plants and business locations, as required
• Use MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to analyze data and generate insights

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• High ownership, proactive mindset, and ability to multitask
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines
• Willingness to travel frequently

Qualifications & Experience

• Any Graduate (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
• 15 years of relevant experience in analytics, reporting, coordination, or leadership support roles
• Prior exposure to manufacturing / industrial environments is an advantage
