Technical Architect Snaplogic

Architecture & Solution Design

• Produce end-to-end design documentation, including sequence diagrams, interface specifications and API design
• Develop and own integration architectures, patterns, and design principles across projects and platforms
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable integration solutions
• Ensure architectural alignment with enterprise standards and long-term technology roadmaps

Technical Leadership

• Lead a specialized integration team (Integration Engineers, QA, Senior BA), providing coaching, mentorship, and technical direction
• Review and guide solution designs, code quality / code reviews, and technical deliverables from team members and external partners (Snap Logic, Rapid Circle)
• Serve as the escalation point for complex technical challenges within integration projects
• Experience with IPaaS (Snap Logic etc) & Azure (Azure Service Bus)

Delivery Governance

• Drive integration delivery across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and architectural integrity
• Define integration governance processes, including API lifecycle management (GitHub), versioning and security practices
• Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and business stakeholders to support planning, estimation and prioritization
• Ensure solutions meet operational standards for reliability, monitoring, performance, and compliance

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary architectural liaison between development teams, infrastructure, security and business units
• Communicate architectural decisions, trade-offs, and impacts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Attend SSI & Events daily SU's and other relevant project meetings
• Build strong relationships with vendors, integration partners, and cross-functional engineering teams
• Own relationship with our SnapLogic Account manager (meet quarterly)
• Rapid Circle Account (meet monthly to catch up on team progress), review engineers timesheets (monthly)

Strategic Contribution

• Support long-term planning of integration capabilities, including API strategy, event-driven architecture, and data interoperability
• Involvement with Snap Logic contract renewal to advise on requirements for the contract (cloudplexes, snap packs, etc)

Brand Divestments, TSA, Get Sale Ready & Get Sale Done

• Lead discussions with buyers to provide architectural overview of our current integrations & advice moving forwards
• Plan & support integrations throughout TSA period for brands
• Oversee and support the design and execution of cutover plans, data extraction strategies, and integration decommissioning required to get sale done
