Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with strong expertise in Django-based application architecture, cloud-native design, and modern frontend frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions while guiding development teams and working closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and lead development of scalable web applications using Python (Django / Django REST Framework).
• Define end-to-end system architecture, including backend services, APIs, frontend integration, and cloud infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, security, and performance.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend applications built using React.js.
• Lead cloud architecture and deployments on AWS, including services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, and VPC.
• Ensure application scalability, availability, security, and performance through proper architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps.
• Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure automation.
• Conduct code reviews, architectural reviews, and performance tuning.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development with Django / Django REST Framework.
• Strong experience in application architecture and system design.
• Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Solid experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong understanding of microservices, API design, and integration patterns.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD tools, and version control systems (Git).
• Strong knowledge of security best practices, authentication/authorization, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders.
