Technical Architect

We are looking for a strong professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve business goals. Must have a minimum of 13 years of overall experience, 5 years of architectural experience and at least 5 years with Microservices applications.

Location - Hyderabad / Bengaluru

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding and architectural experience with Microservices. The following are must:
• Experience with SOA principles, design patterns, integration patterns
• Design experience in RESTful services
• Architectural tools such as Sparx EA or similar
• Hands-on with Spring, Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Development knowledge on web and app servers like WebLogic, Tomcat
• Design, configuration of Java applications using Kafka, JMS
• Experience in solutioning with Azure or similar
• Knowledge on either container-based implementation or PaaS
• Hands-on with DevOps and CI/CD
• Ability to design data model
• Strong review capabilities with experience on:
• Review of existing application architecture including database design
• Coding best practices, security best practices, OWASP Issues and resolutions
• Review project artifacts, Analyzes logs, application dumps
• Identify issues, provide fixes and recommendations
• Strong Solutioning Experience:
• New development, migration, modernization
• Presales or RFX experience
• Assesses technical feasibility of business requirements.
• Estimation techniques
• Keep one-self up to date with technology
• Organizational activities such as:
• Center of excellences
• Evaluation of technologies
• Contribute to accelerators, reusable components
• Technical papers
• Trainings
• Presales and deals are mandatory (small-to-medium deals for Solution Architect (SA) and large deals for Enterprise Architect (EA))
• Understanding, strategizing for client programs such as Condor, Autobahn are mandatory: (Working knowledge for SA and EA must have lead)
• Required to know breadth of technology; depth is nice to have.
• PoC execution is required.
• CoE experience required for EA; participation for SA
• Ability to do assessments, project reviews
• General awareness of project execution (technically) is required; May not have real hands-on

Process Skills:

• Able to distill complex technical challenges to actionable and explainable decisions.
• Inspire DevOps / Cloud Ops teams by building consensus and mediating compromises when necessary.
• Demonstrate excellent technical & architecture skills in the context of cloud based global platform/product design, service management and product lifecycle management.
• Providing technical connection between the project managers and developers.
• Working with clients and advising them on key architectural decisions concerning the platform and the supporting technologies.
