Technical Architect

Responsibilities:

• Technology leadership role and will be responsible for driving architectural and technology initiatives within BFS SBU.
• Collaborate with various Practice unit, GTO and COTS product & fintech partners to define state of art technology solutions.
• Work closely with KDM and SBU head in delivery engagement.
• Responsible to deliver architecture blueprint, technical design document and PoC/Reference implementation of complex use cases.
• Support delivery engagement in technology implementation governance to ensure that implementation phase is following standard and best practices.
• Work closely with sales team within BFS SBU to support business development activity
• Own and drive solution architecture definition in any RFI/RFP response.
• Present PoV, thought leadership papers to client CTO/enterprise architecture team
• Responsible for building foundational capability Technology & Architecture practice with in BFS business unit
• Drive to harvest assets from various engagement to make it reusable across other clients.
• Contribute in developing reference architecture, technology related PoV/Thought Papers etc.
• Mentor team in architecture and technology area
• candidate to work closely with Client Enterprise and Solution architects to define architecture blueprint and technical solution, create architecture documents
• Participate in Clients architecture forum, work closely with Architecture board for review and approvals of architecture documents
• Guide solution architects and technical teams on solution design and ensure it comply with overall architecture blueprint
• Must have tech stack knowledge: C# .Net, Angular, React, Azure, AI

Skill / Experience:

• Leadership capability to drive, mentor and scale the team in technology & architecture area.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability
• Must have experience in driving Enterprise / Solution architecture definition
• Must have experience in Banking and Financial Services domain
• Certification in TOGAF or technology architecture (Ex: Cloud etc.) is added advantages.
