Technical Architect

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands on Technical Architect (Java Full Stack) with strong experience building and scaling cloud native SaaS platforms .

This role requires deep Java and full stack expertise , strong system design skills, and the ability to own architecture while staying close to code . You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions in a fast-paced healthcare AI environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the architecture of scalable, reliable, and high-performance software systems
• Design and develop Java and Spring Boot based microservices and REST APIs
• Lead full stack development across backend and frontend, including React-based UI components
• Collaborate with product, data, and UX teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Create reusable, modular components and APIs aligned with platform standards
• Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers, leading by example
• Ensure best practices in system design, security, performance, and maintainability
• Contribute to technical roadmap, scalability improvements, and platform optimization

Desired Profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field from a Tier 1 institute
• 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a Technical Architect or Senior Technical Lead role
• Strong hands on experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
• Solid full stack exposure with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP , and cloud native development practices
• Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Maven, Jenkins, and Git
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and large-scale application architecture
• Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor and guide engineering teams
• Healthcare or data-intensive SaaS experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
