Technical Architect

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands on Technical Architect (Java Full Stack) with strong experience building and scaling cloud native SaaS platforms.

This role requires deep Java and full stack expertise, strong system design skills, and the ability to own architecture while staying close to code. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions in a fast-paced healthcare AI environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the architecture of scalable, reliable, and high-performance software systems
• Design and develop Java and Spring Boot based microservices and REST APIs
• Lead full stack development across backend and frontend, including React-based UI components
• Collaborate with product, data, and UX teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Create reusable, modular components and APIs aligned with platform standards
• Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers, leading by example
• Ensure best practices in system design, security, performance, and maintainability
• Contribute to technical roadmap, scalability improvements, and platform optimization

Desired Profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field from a Tier 1 institute
• 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a Technical Architect or Senior Technical Lead role
• Strong hands on experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
• Solid full stack exposure with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, and cloud native development practices
• Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Maven, Jenkins, and Git
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and large-scale application architecture
• Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor and guide engineering teams
• Healthcare or data-intensive SaaS experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
