Key roles and responsibilities

ü  Lead the architectural design and technology roadmap for the LOS system across all lending verticals.

ü  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, operations, product managers, and development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing LOS solutions.

ü  Provide architectural governance, code quality oversight, and best practices for solution development and deployment.

ü  Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

ü  Ensure system design supports high availability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization for large-scale lending operations.

ü  Evaluate, recommend, and implement new tools, technologies, and processes to improve the LOS ecosystem.

ü  Guide internal and vendor development teams in adopting best-in-class architectural practices.

ü  Participate in RFP evaluations and vendor selection for LOS systems or associated components.

ü  Ensure robust data management practices, data privacy compliance, and security frameworks are integrated into system design.

Qualifications & Experience

ü  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

ü  14–18 years of experience in software architecture and enterprise application development.

ü  Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience architecting or managing Loan Origination Systems (LOS) in an NBFC or BFSI setup.

ü  Strong experience with digital lending platforms, microservices architecture, and workflow engines.

ü  Expertise in integrating with credit bureaus, KYC platforms

ü  Solid understanding of database technologies (RDBMS and NoSQL), caching, and performance tuning.

ü  Experience in agile delivery, DevOps practices, and distributed system architecture.
