Job Description
Job title: - Technical Analyst Responsibility –
-Support diagnostics and root cause analysis of vehicle issues
-evaluate and approve budgets for the issue raised from the ground ops.
-Track approval status, budget usage, and resolution progress for each issue.
-4-6 years of technician/mechanic experience.
- No service advisor experience.
- No commercial vehicle experience.
- Experience in OEM based companies i.e. Mahindra First Choice, Maruti True Value, Toyota,Tata.
- License and Driving skills are mandatory
Education:
•ITI/Diploma- Mechanical/Automobiles.
Experience:
•3-4 years of Experience in Automobile
Skills:
•Basic Knowledge of Computer
•Strong communication and teamwork abilities
•Effective communication and teamwork
