JD for Application Payment Support (IPH/OBPM)
Role : Technical Analyst - Payment
Exp - 2+ Yrs
Academic Qualification : BTech/BE/MCA
Location: Jaipur
Job Purpose: This role is to Support/BA/TA payment application like NEFT/RTGS/EFDR/OBPM/UPI/IMPS
Skills Required:
1.Co-ordination with business team to understand the issue with application and act to provide workaround immediately.
2.Ready to work in 24*7*365 rotational shift (Morning/General/Afternoon/Night Shift).
3.Should must have knowledge of RDBMS/Oracle/SQL
4.Should must have knowledge of Unix/network command
5.Should must have knowledge of IBM-MQ.
6.Able to co-ordinate with internal technical teams (DB/middleware/storage).
7.Able to co-ordinate with operations team for quick settlement of transactions.
8.Able to co-ordinate with vendor to resolve the application issues on priority.
9.Able to perform basic sanity test post deployment of new changes in the application.
10.Basic knowledge of checking application logs to find out the root cause of issues.
Role and Responsibilities:
Experience in Payments Banking Domain as a Payment Support. & BA
Strong Communication and inter-personal skills.
Motivated Self-starter with ability to learn and adapt, expertise and passion for technology and banking.
Understands and hand-on experience in performing queries in Oracle DB.
Hands on experience in payments origination system.
Experience in working with Indian banks or Indian NBFC’s Knowledge/Oracle /Query optimization.
