Job Description

As a Technical Solutions Analyst III, you will be responsible for investigating issues in front-end applications by capturing relevant information, using diagnostic tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows both internally and externally. You will also perform backend troubleshooting using techniques such as log file analysis, SQL queries, database field updates, and server cycling.

Clear and effective communication—both verbal and written—with clients and internal teams is essential. You will document investigation notes, actions taken, resolutions, and create knowledge articles throughout the lifecycle of each issue.

You will prioritize tasks based on severity, balancing client expectations with business needs. Collaboration across teams is key to ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution by the right stakeholders.

Proficiency in SQL is required.
