Technical Advisor - Sales

Location - Delhi & Mumbai

Reporting directly to the Head Technical Advisor, the successful candidate for this key function will be responsible to demonstrate the quality and advantages of the Puratos product towards the customers, Create recipes and concepts for the customers with the Marketing and the Sales departments etc.

Key Accountabilities

• Demonstrate the qualities of the Puratos products in order to create close relationship with the customers and positively influence their purchase orders.
• Give technical advice in product development process and range positioning, together with the R&D and the Marketing departments.
• Contribute to the corporate image building process by following trends and implementing them (pictures, leaflets, packaging, video).
• Train colleagues, customers and sales representatives in Puratos product knowledge.

Profile

• High level of professional skills (with a good theoretical and practical knowledge in both traditional methods and latest trends; work in a well-organized way and give clear explanations).
• Diploma / Graduate in Hotel Management or Certificate courses in Bakery / Patisserie / Chocolate.
• Strong artistic capabilities.
• Experience 2-4 years working experience preferably in 5 star Hotel.
• Strong communication skills (be a good communicator, has a good did active approach and a good speaker).
• Flexible personality and attitude: open-minded, honest, social, respect, team player.
• Independent with a commercial approach (in order to tailor make his/her program to the needs of the customers).
