Job Description
Essential Skills
- 5-8 years in TAM/implementation/solutions consulting at B2B SaaS (ideally logistics/field services) with US/non-tech client experience.
- Very strong project management for complex implementations using tools like ClickUp, Slack, Rocketlane, or CRM to track KPIs (adoption, churn risk)non-negotiable .
- Technical advisory on integrations, SQL/XML/SOAP, data mapping, and SaaS-business translation.
- Stakeholder communication for PST escalations, workshops, and collaboration.
Bonus Points
- Fuel/logistics domain knowledge; startup/AI tool experience; analytics/ticketing from Pharmarack, iServeU, Workiz FSM.
- US visa; 3-4 months/year US travel.
- Ramping hires; product roadmap contributions.
- B.Tech in CS ; AWS/GraphQL/webhooks; PMP/similar
