Tech Talent Acquisition Consultant (6 Months Contract)

This is a 6 month Contract role & is hybrid with 23 days a week working from the Mumbai office and the rest from home.

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement ideas for improving the Talent Acquisition process and outcomes.

-Responsible for attracting and selecting the best-in-class talent mainly for Product/Design/Sales function's Mid to senior roles from our target industry segments.

-Establish and develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders. Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.

-Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. Social Recruiting and Boolean searches)

-Implementing & keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire).

-Gather and Understand from the external market, best practices to further improve the recruitment process.

-Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.

Candidate Attributes:

-Expertise in working on Advanced Excel & Powerpoint

-Strong oral and written communication skills

-Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

-Familiar with sourcing techniques.

-Strong analytical and organizational skills.

-Good time-management skills.
