Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy AI-Powered Learning & Content Support Executive to manage and support our e-learning ecosystem. The role focuses on leveraging AI tools for content creation, learning delivery, automation, and platform management, ensuring a seamless digital learning experience across LMS, website, and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
E-Learning Platform Management
Course uploads and updates
User access and troubleshooting
Tracking learner progress and engagement and use of AI in:
Personalized learning paths
Automated assessments
Smart recommendations
Website & Digital Content Management
Update website content using CMS (WordPress or similar)
Optimize content using AI-based SEO and formatting tools
Coordinate with developers for technical updates and fixes
Social Media & Digital Outreach
Support AI-assisted creation of posts, captions, and creatives
Schedule and manage content across social media platforms
Track performance metrics and prepare engagement reports
AI & Automation Support in:
Content workflows
Reporting and documentation
Learner communication
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency using AI-based solutions
Technical & Operational Support
Troubleshoot platform-related issues
Maintain digital asset libraries
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
Maintain SOPs and documentation
QualificationsRequired Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field
Experience or strong exposure to:
AI tools (ChatGPT, content AI, analytics tools)
LMS platforms (Moodle, TalentLMS, etc.)
CMS (WordPress preferred)
Basic understanding of:
AI-driven content workflows
Learning analytics
HTML/CSS
Familiarity with Canva, video tools, and social media platforms.
Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in EdTech, healthcare education, or digital learning
Knowledge of AI-based personalization and analytics
SEO and performance tracking experience
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Overall relevant experience of 1-2 years.
