Role Description

This is an on-site Tech Support Internship role located in New Delhi. As a Tech Support Intern, you will handle a variety of responsibilities, including providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the team to analyze and resolve problems, contributing to the seamless operation of our services.

This program is designed to give real, hands-on exposure to live operations and enterprise clients not just theoretical learning.

Eligibility

Final-year students (BBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Tech, BA, MBA preferred)

Strong communication skills

Interest in E-commerce, SaaS & Operations

Stipend & Career Path

Internship Stipend: 5,000/month (3 months)

Post-Internship Salary: 20,000/month

On successful completion - absorption at Incirco Ventures LLP or placement with our clients
