Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION: Tech Support Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the basic admin functions in Salesforce including user maintenance, generation of reports/dashboards, data security, sharing rules, managing the page layouts and other routine tasks.
- Address User questions, aggregate and prioritize user feedback to plan &implement Salesforce enhancements based on user feedback and organization goals.
- Problem solving to identify and troubleshoot the issues as they arise.
- Manage the technical support requests from Associates to facilitate timely resolution.
- Data Management to improve system data hygiene.
- Create rules, automation and email alerts if needed.
- Analyzing existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement.
- Document and train the new users on system process.
Expected Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelors degree.
- 0 to 2 years of full time professional experience. Previous work experience is not necessary but maybe advantageous.
- Basic Computer skills such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge on any CRM or Tally would be a Plus.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
