Responsibilities
As a Product Technical Support Associate at Cognizant TriZetto you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal and external customers to resolve more complex problems build and maintain strong customer relationships and partnerships and develop subject matter expertise on the products databases you support. You will also develop critical modules for our in house product support tools and customer community.
