Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Ansible and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the companys IT infrastructure using Ansible to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee the deployment and configuration of infrastructure components to maintain system integrity.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline infrastructure management tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures to protect company data.
  • Conduct regular system audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
  • Document infrastructure configurations and changes to maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation to meet business needs.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on best practices and procedures.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements.

  • Possess a strong technical background in Ansible with hands-on experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Exhibit strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Show proficiency in scripting languages for automation purposes.
  • Have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure components and their interactions.
  • Display a keen attention to detail to ensure system integrity and security.
  • Possess excellent communication skills to document and share knowledge effectively.
