Tech Screener (Fresher Engineer)

Looking for team members with technical background (coding/technology) or with experience of conducing IT related screenings only.

You will be working directly with the founders, who are IIT Kanpur grads with>20 years of deep industry and start-up experience. Boring businesses, made interesting again by AI. Work : Screening Support for setting up a new business in staff augmentation in IT services using AI. AI Prompt running, AI report generation, screening candidates, supervising automated AI systems taking interviews. Calling candidates and conducting interview related coordination

Location : Work from home, 8-9 hours/day, 6 days/week.

Time slots:

• 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (preferred)
• 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Must have: excellent communication skills in English, ability to handle responsibility and discipline, understanding of technical concepts. For rest, training will be given.

Avoid : If you have other internships or engagements where time can become constraint due to studies, sports, travel to coaching classes then avoid as this is a very intensive internship

Stipend/Fixed pay: 12,000 /month Incentive pay: upto 3,000 /month
