We are working on new technologies to tackle Selling Partner management, tool engagement, strategic planning, and supply chain and logistics optimization in order to help grow the businesses of our suppliers and improve the customer experience.
Our instances (Salesforce and AWS) support millions of suppliers and thousands of internal customers across 30+ countries.
Our Salesforce instance is one of the largest implementations at Amazon and Pardot instance is the largest implementation in the world; and with data volume across tetra bytes.
GSP CRM team is looking for a passionate, innovative, results
- oriented Manager of Technical Program Management to own and drive the strategy for our salesforce platform.
We’re handling massive scale, providing strategic data that drives the seller business.
As a Manager of Technical Program Management on the GSP CRM team, you’ll have a unique opportunity to innovate on Salesforce and AWS platform for one of the worlds largest and complex Salesforce instances so that we can continue scaling for a global user base while raising the bar on security yet ensuring a smooth customer experience.
In this role, you will:
Design/build/deploy new solutions and capabilities for improving Salesforce Platform.
Implement processes and mechanisms to audit and ensure we continue maintaining our high bar of security.
Engage with systems that are at the of technology, pioneering new methods and approaches to delivering software, serving customers, and enabling large, distributed, worldwide sales teams.
Work directly with implementation team, product teams and business leaders to identify opportunities to share learnings, technology and best practices across all teams within Amazon using Salesforce.
Leverage strong communication skills and a passion for using data and software to drive business decisions at scale

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of technical product or program management experience
10+ years of software development experience
3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience
