Location: ITPL, Bangalore
Work Mode: 4 days from office

About the Role
We are looking for a Tech Lead with strong expertise Mendix low-code platform . The ideal candidate will lead complex technical initiatives, including application development, migration, and integration projects, ensuring seamless transformation from traditional platforms to modern low-code solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and migration projects from .NET to Mendix platforms.
- Design and implement low-code solutions using Mendix, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Integrate existing .NET applications with Mendix for enhanced functionality.
- Handle complex technical challenges, especially backend and database integrations within Mendix.
- Drive transformation initiatives from traditional development platforms (preferably .NET) to low-code environments.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience in Mendix application development .
- Strong understanding of low-code design principles and evaluation aspects .
- Expertise in front-end development using HTML, JavaScript, CSS .
- Hands-on experience with Angular or ReactJS for front-end development.
- Proficiency in SQL or PostgreSQL for database management.
- Solid background in .NET full-stack development .
Added Advantage
- Experience in migration/transformation from traditional platforms to low-code platforms .
