This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Tech Lead Mobile & Backend responsible for Flutter and Node.js development. The role involves overseeing the design, development, and deployment of mobile and backend applications. The Tech Lead will guide a team of developers, ensure the delivery of high-quality code, and troubleshoot technical challenges. Additionally, responsibilities include implementing scalable solutions, collaborating across teams to meet project goals, and improving product functionality in line with company objectives.

• Strong expertise in Flutter and Node.js development, with experience in application design and deployment
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of software components
• Experience in training team members and conducting knowledge-sharing sessions
• Skills in preventive maintenance to ensure software stability and dependability
• Strong leadership and customer service skills to support and manage cross-functional teams
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience as a technical lead or in a similar role is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
