Tech Lead

Position : Sr. Python Engineer
Experience : 4 to 6 Years
Location : Pune (Hybrid/Remote)

A Python Senior Engineer with hands-on experience in developing backend solutions using Python on Azure Cloud. The engineer will focus on building and optimizing serverless compute, data storage integration, and secure workflows while collaborating with the lead and other team members to deliver robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop backend services and workflows using Python with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and AKS.
• Implement data management solutions with Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, and Blob Storage.
• Write efficient, maintainable, and secure Python code following best practices.
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers to integrate CI/CD pipelines.
• Set up logging, telemetry, and monitoring using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Work closely with the Lead Engineer to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing systems.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting production issues.
• Document technical designs and workflows for maintainability.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Python backend development.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and AKS.
• Solid understanding of Cosmos DB, SQL Database, Blob Storage.
• Familiarity with logging/monitoring (Azure Monitor, App Insights).
• Experience in working with secure cloud practices (Key Vault, RBAC).
• Knowledge of Git, Agile methodology, and CI/CD.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
