We are looking for aTechLead who can own end-to-end architecture, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. This is ahands-on leadership role , combining deeptechnicalexpertise with team mentorship, product thinking, and execution ownership.

You willleadby example i.e.architecting high-performance systems, mentoring engineers, and working closely with product, design, and business stakeholders in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Leadand manage full-stack development using Python, Django, and Next.js
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable system architectures
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to deliver high-impact features
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and drive engineering excellence
• Mentor developers throughtechnicalguidance, reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Manage CI/CD pipelines for reliable and efficient deployments
• Monitor system performance, ensure uptime, and resolve production issues promptly
• Proactively evaluate and recommend technologies to improve scalability and performance

• Prior experience working in astartup environmentand willingness to thrive in fast-paced, evolving setups
• Work from Office Bangalore (5 days a week)is non-negotiable
• Relocation readinessis critical; past relocation-related backouts have been a concern
• Must behands-on and willing to take complete ownershipof the system as aTechLead, beyond individual contribution
• Weak understanding ofdatabases (schema design, queries, optimisation). Poor grasp ofmicroservices architecture.
