Job Description
Position involves leading architecture, development, and optimization of conversational AI and telephony solutions on AWS.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement solutions using Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex V2, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and AWS Workspace.
- Design conversational AI flows, voice UX, and telephony call flows; migrate legacy IVR systems to AWS.
- Build and optimize integrations with CRM/ERP platforms and third-party systems.
- Develop secure, compliant cloud solutions and enforce architectural standards.
- Manage Postgres/MongoDB data structures and support LLM/GenAI feature integration.
- Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting, and oversight of delivery quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Tech Lead/Architect.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex V2, AWS Lambda, API Gateway.
- Strong understanding of telephony fundamentals, conversational AI design, and voice UX.
- Experience migrating legacy IVR to AWS solutions.
- Proficiency with Postgres and/or MongoDB.
- Experience with CRM/ERP integration and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, solution architecture, and LLM/GenAI integration.
- Ability to work onsite in Hyderabad.
