We are an 8-year-old, fast-growing company looking for a Tech Headto lead our technology function into the next phase of scale. This is a senior leadership rolefor someone who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on executionwhen required.

The Tech Head will lead a team of developers, own the technology roadmap, and work closely with business stakeholders to ensure systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term business goals.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, ensuring high standards of delivery and quality

Define and own the technology architecture, roadmap, and best practices

Step in for hands-on coding, debugging, and architectural decisionswhen required

Oversee development and enhancement of applications built on Angular, Laravel, React, and Zoho

Work extensively with MySQL and other databasesto ensure performance and scalability

Design, manage, and improve system integrations and APIsacross platforms

Proactively identify technology risks, bottlenecks, and inefficienciesacross business processes

Collaborate with leadership to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

Drive AI exploration and implementationwithin current systems to improve productivity, automation, and insights

Ensure system security, uptime, and data integrity

Evaluate and adopt new technologies that align with business growth

Deluge language and experience in zoho environment is needed

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with:

MySQL / database design

Zoho & Zoho Deluge(recommended)

Angular(recommended)

Laravel (recommended)

React (not mandatory)

Proven experience leading and managing development teams

Strong understanding of application integrations, APIs, and automation

Exposure to AI tools, workflows, or AI-based implementations

Ability to think across technology, operations, and business processes

Experience working in scaling companies or mature startups

Leadership & Business Skills

Strong business acumenwith the ability to align tech decisions to company objectives

Ownership mindset with comfort in decision-making and accountability

Clear communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersLong-term thinker with a growth-oriented mindset
