Tech Head (Full-Time | On-Site – Chandigarh)

Lead the technology roadmap of Eventline, manage development cycles, build scalable systems, and guide theteam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the complete tech architecture, infrastructure, and product performance.
• Lead end-to-end development of the Eventline app and internal systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with the company vision.
• Manage developers, assign tasks, do code reviews, and ensure timely delivery.
• Implement best practices for system reliability, security, and scalability.
• Optimise product performance, loading speed, and backend efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with operations, design, and product teams to build new features.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs, tools, AI features, and new technologies.
• Troubleshoot critical issues and maintain platform uptime.
• Build long-term tech strategy, development guidelines, and documentation.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in software development, preferably in startups.
• Hands-on experience with mobile app development, backend frameworks, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
