Summary: As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will drive innovative practices into delivery, bring depth of expertise to a delivery engagement. You will be sought out as an expert, enhancing Accenture's marketplace reputation. Your role will involve bringing emerging ideas to life by shaping Accenture and client strategy. With your deep technical expertise, business acumen, and fluid communication skills, you will work directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements, analyze, design, and implement technology best practice business changes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and analyze business needs. - Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions to meet client requirements. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on SAP SuccessFactors Learning. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Learning. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP SuccessFactors Learning. - Assist in the development and execution of test plans and scripts for SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integrations Technical. - Strong understanding of learning management systems and their functionalities. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Learning modules. - Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning administration and user management. - Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Learning reporting and analytics. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP SuccessFactors Learning. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
