You will be sought out as an expert, enhancing Accenture's marketplace reputation. Your role will involve bringing emerging ideas to life by shaping Accenture and client strategy. With your deep technical expertise, business acumen, and fluid communication skills, you will work directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements, analyze, design, and implement technology best practice business changes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements. - Lead the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members. - Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off. - Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules. - Knowledge of integration between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and other HR systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
