Summary: As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert in Business Architecture, you will be responsible for driving innovative practices into delivery and bringing depth of expertise to a delivery engagement. Your typical day will involve working with clients in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements, analyze, design, and/or implement technology best practice business changes related to Salesforce Sales Cloud. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements. - Provide subject matter expertise on Salesforce Sales Cloud, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and delivery of high-quality solutions. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and providing guidance on Salesforce Sales Cloud best practices and emerging trends. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Salesforce Sales Cloud and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud. - Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. - Experience in leading the design and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions for clients. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams. - Experience in providing guidance on Salesforce Sales Cloud best practices and emerging trends. - Solid grasp of project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
