Summary: Seeking a forward-thinking professional with an AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks that drive innovation, efficiency, and business transformation. As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will drive innovative practices into delivery and bring depth of expertise to various engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to understand their needs, analyzing requirements, and implementing technology best practices. You will also engage in discussions to shape strategies that enhance both Accenture's and the client's marketplace reputation, ensuring that emerging ideas are effectively brought to life through your expertise and communication skills. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide insights. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. -Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Concur. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP integration and configuration. - Strong understanding of business process optimization. - Experience in project management methodologies. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Concur. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
