Summary: As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, you will be responsible for driving innovative practices into delivery and bringing depth of expertise to a delivery engagement. Your typical day will involve working directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements, analyze, design, and/or implement technology best practice business changes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. - Provide subject matter expertise on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting to clients and project teams, including guidance on configuration, integration, and customization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solutions, including working with developers, testers, and project managers. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of related SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Onboarding and Employee Central. - Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. - Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting configuration, integration, and customization. - Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting reporting and analytics. - Solid grasp of project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information systems, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
