We’re looking for a Requirements Engineer in Wealth Management area to:
• elicitate and understand business requirements
• elaborate robust solutions in close collaboration with developers and business
• document functional and non-functional requirements in well-understandable, clearly structured Software Requirement Specifications
• focus on high availability of services and minimizing incidents and interruptions in production
• identify the impact on interfacing solutions
• support of the testing colleagues in test design and execution
• be a contact partner for all involved project stakeholders
• contribute to efficient, pragmatic and continuously improving Agile working practices
• share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, represent colleagues during absences

Your team

You will be part of the CDIO Wealth Management Japan crew. As part of the Agile Delivery Organization (ADO), the JP Crew is aligned to the Japan location WM business and manages the technology platform and solutions through multiple autonomous pods.
Your team will be based in Pune, India and will work closely with the wider team across other locations in APAC (Singapore, Japan, China).

Your expertise

• hold an engineering degree (Bachelor/Master) with 10+ years of experience as a technical business analyst within the financial sector
• possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to distinguish user requests from underlying true needs
• demonstrated experience as a technical business analyst, particularly in Wealth Management, Client Data & Lifecycle Management, and CRM
• inquisitive mindset, with the ability to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs
• excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English
• exposure to functional design of systems is an added advantage
• strong communicator, capable of delivering presentations and producing technical documentation
• Business Analysis certification and understanding and speaking Japanese is a plus
